       In demand as a speaker, panelist and workshop leader, Elaine has a strong  background in public speaking, debating, performing and singing.  

       She trained with the world-champion Hart House debates team (University of Toronto) and won Top 10 ranking nationwide as a public speaker. As an elected member of the debate society's board, she competed at Harvard and served as a judge at the 1997 World's Tournament, University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.  

         Now, she excels at motivating people from every industry and walk of life to express their ideas through writing.
